KIMA was approached by a small team of property developers to assist with the refurbishment and modernization of two adjoining mews properties. The properties are very conveniently located within walking distance from Hyde Park.

Each home is comprised of 3 double bedrooms (master bedrooms en-suite) and a large open plan kitchen/living/dining reception room. Despite the compact nature of the mews properties, KIMA maximised the available space by introducing as much built-in storage and display areas as possible. The stairs were also designed as elegant sculptural elements of the interiors scheme. The clients were budget conscious so the KIMA team carefully selected finishes and fittings to stay within budget, while impressing the market at the same time.
